How do I care for my artificial flowers?

It's easy! Here are some tips:
1. No water, just light dusting with a soft brush or a hairdryer on cool setting.
2. Fluff as needed. If petals or leaves get a little flattened, gently reshape them.
3. Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve their colour intensity.
4. If packing away, store with care in tissue or bubble wrap.
What are your delivery options?

We are doing deliveries at $25 extra from 13th - 15th February. Please select a date when placing your order.
Unfortunately as it is our peak season, we can't fulfil specific delivery timeslots. Deliveries will be made between 9am - 3pm, unless otherwise stated.
What are your pickup options?

We are located in Toa Payoh. Pickups can be made from 13th - 15th February. Please select your date when placing your order.
As we work out of a residential address, we will reach out with pickup details closer to date. We will try our best to accommodate all timings during this busy season.
When is the last day to place orders?

We will be closing orders for Valentine's day on 7th February. You have to get your orders in by then!
What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know within 24 hours from receiving your florals and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please take photos and videos to help us understand better.
Do you do custom arrangements?

Yes! Please reach out to us on IG as soon as you can. We'd love to be able to create a unique piece for you or your loved ones. Being a solopreneur, juggling operations and production is always a work in progress so bear with us on our replies.
